Guest has not told me time for check-in tomorrow

UPDATE: Well, the guest communicated again that she wanted to change her check-in for today but again gives no time. (Her original check in was Saturday and she was supposed to stay for 5 nights, now she is only staying for one) I hope she gives me a heads up on her arrival because she won’t be able to get in the house otherwise. She has not asked for a refund of the nights she did not use. However, I now have a problem with the electricity in my kitchen. It only affects the lighting in the kitchen. I have called 2 electricians and hopefully one will show up. Do I have to give her notice in advance of the problem? She is only staying one night.

LAST Update: The guest cancelled. She is not asking for a refund

What’s not to love here?

Was she a good guest in the end?

Where exactly on your listing is that line located? I love it!

If they do not reply to my text they can’t get here, they won’t have the gate code. GPS doesn’t work. I meet them 1 mile away and they know all this from the listing and the (accept) 2nd letter that is sent through the platform. So thus, it seems to work out so far.
