Guest can't rebook

We have a guest who can’t book another night as she gets a message that says “We can’t let you book right now because your last booking is under review”. What does this mean? Is she blocked or are we?

Just take her check and she saves the abnb fee.

Never heard of that! Weird. You can do it by going into the app or web site and altering her present reservation dates. It will calculate the difference and bill her.

Go to “host” then “your reservations” then on the right you’ll see a list in blue of actions. Choose “change or cancel”. You can then alter the dates of the reservation.
