You know it’s bad when my 14-year-old daughter says she wants to come back…just to organize the place!
I did clue her in, privately. I suspect it might be difficult for her to hear the criticism and put in the necessary work, though. She inherited the house in 2008, and has only this year decided to “share” it with the world.
