When I first got to England, I embarrassed my friend when we took a trip to Sainsburys and I could not located the half and half. So I got some cream and some milk and mixed my own!!!

I just made your breakfast muffins. Delicious! I do have to say I made it “texas-style” and added 2T of diced sweet/hot jalapenos and 2T of minced cilantro to add a little more kick.
But I notice your description says "has it all - ham, EGG, " etc. Your recipe doesn’t have any eggs…

@PitonView - You’re right, my bad. I’ve fixed the recipe above to show 4 eggs.
I often make them Southwestern style by adding a small can of diced Green Chiles. Jalapeños would be too much for most guests.

Would there not be dried egg in the ready mixed pancakes?
There is dried egg in The Mix, but adding 3-4 eggs makes them richer and more filling.
Bisquick does not show egg as an ingredient.
