From 1 night to 2 nights minimum stay

I don’t set a minimum - I throttle with higher prices. My goal is 60% occupancy and I have a monthly net goal that I try to achieve during my off season (a multiple of what I could earn just by renting it unfurnished.) Single nights are usually easier for my gal to clean and I kind of like that people don’t dig in quite as much.
