I had to revisit this thread to share our first ever Expedia review from our first ever Expedia booking. I am pleased it was VERY GOOD
Note that on this platform a 4/5 is shown as âVery Goodâ. There is only a star rating. I donât see that I got any notification of it being posted, nor do I see any opportunity to review the guest (?).
The âVery Goodâ rating (FOUR stars) is consistent with what the guest texted us when letting us know they checked out. No complaints, âreally enjoyed the place, Expedia messaging not so muchâ was the message I gather the app is clunky?
We are automagically (actually, quite manually, but thatâs a whole 'nother story) distributed there via HA/VRBO. In a year, itâs the first booking we ever got that wasnât from HA or VRBO.
Iâm happy with it. shrug
