Approach suitable owners in your target catchment area and let them know about your experience as a co-host/manager/cleaner and why they should use your services rather than your competitors.
You need a marketing plan to help you identify the best channels to use ie your own website, social media, online advertising, networking events, word of mouth recommendations etc

thank you for your response—i will explore that option. I feel a little uncomfortable approaching only because this is new. But I gotta start somewhere.

Google it and you should get it straight away.
