Update! I am still using Beyond Pricing because I am occasionally surprised at how much they get for particular nights, and grudgingly figure that’s worth 1%.
I’ve also finally opened up my own tool https://guestrevenue.com/ which enters my Airbnb (& booking.com, Homeaway) figures into Xero. Early users very much appreciated at this stage 
@Rory_Taylor how did you get on with Uplisting.
I’m looking into OwnerRez right now. Do you have any opinion versus apps like Guesty and Your Porter? Guesty seems too expensive since I’m a small operator.
I was using Beyond Pricing which worked great until Corona and then it seemed way off. I recently switched to Wheelhouse. I’m considering OwnerRez so I can start booking with VRBO and Booking.com and also need a better system for my cleaning person.
