I hear you. I just received an inquiry to rent to medical staff (rental 5 minutes from hospital) for 60 days. I NEEEEDed the money from my cancelled April rentals so anything is appreciated. I priced like I do for post-Hurricane housing which just enough to cover that month’s expenses. (50% of retail).
