Great info @jdmlt! Thanks so much for sharing. I was having trouble figuring out the co-host compensation, but the sliding percentage based on ramp-up makes complete sense.
Over what period of time did you reach the 15% rate?
I think I’ve decided on iGMS to manage bookings and tasks. Final decision next week.
Within a couple of months. But, I am onsite. So, she handles most of the booking and pre-stay messaging. But, I handle everything during the stay.
To be honest, she is the one that suggested the reductions. I could probably go it alone now, and she has suggested that. But, for a small percentage, I still like having the backup. If I go out of town or am unavailable, she is available to take care of unforeseen issues.
