I am trying to help my family property management company, which has a several listings on AirBNB, manage the overwhelming email overflow. We are having quite the problem between ensuring emails don’t fall between the cracks but also that they get to the right person on our team efficiently without having to forward, forward, reply, etc.
Anyone else have challenges, tools, tips to share that could inform, inspire, help us?

I would rather have a look at how your business is set up.
Because if mails fall between cracks and need to be forwarded (multiple times) there is something wrong in how things are organized.
