For us, the answer is layers. We use 100% cotton on our beds. Mid-range thread count sheets (like 400s), a light cotton blanket, a cotton coverlet, and a heavier cotton blanket guests can add on top if they’re cold. Layers always dry faster for us. We started out using quilts, and they took forever. Also, layers let guests customize the temp for themselves.
