as I said before as my posts seems to annoy you so much do feel free to ignore them.
this is 2 different questions. the LLC doesn’t need to own the property. you can loan the property to the LLC for hire.
the question about the mortgage depends as @PitonView points out on the terms set forth by your lender. our mortgage terms stated that the property had to be owner-occupied for 1 year before we could rent it out. they know we are letting it as a VR and there is really no way around that because the Innkeeper policy is handled through their offices.
