I have 5 star reviews except for two 3-star and one 4-star. I deserved one 3-star. It was my second guest on a new-to-me home and the guest experienced a number of inconveniences. The other two came from groups of friends who were “value” travelers evident from before the booking was made. So far my experience is also that value consumers are the critical ones.
I have raised a lot our price, the impact is much less booking from AirBnb, my reviews are better compared to the beginning when we had low prices (we fixed a few things following people reviews.)
