I’m surprised Airbnb doesn’t have a red flag alert in place for hosts who have an extraordinary amount of guest inacted cancellations. Seems like a pretty straightforward code to write.

My husband is a software developer, and we have discussed on numerous occasions how easy it would be to write code to identify “red flag” situations. I don’t know why AirBnB doesn’t invest in this; I would imagine the savings on the CS side would be considerable if they were able to identify problems before they happened.
