Discount offer right on airbnb listing

I saw a new local listing that offers a 15% discount to the next person that books that listing. Is this a new feature? If so, where is the setting? I really like it.

I had a person cancel once and I was prompted asking if I wanted to give a discount to recoup those days. I wonder if it might be something like that? Interesting.
