That’s what I do too if they want to revisit and they approach me directly - I agree a price, they pay me directly, and nobody pays any fees.
When I send them the Private Message after their stay (part of the Airbnb Review) I say I hope they enjoyed their stay and that they know how to contact me directly if they want to come again, and I hope they have a good homeward journey.
Seems okay to me
