Dealing with malicious reviews

I never heard what sort of outcome there was, I just remember reading the post. The host wasn’t asking for advice, as I recall, nor relating anything about having to battle with Airbnb, she was just flabbergasted at the appalling behavior.

You could imagine guests in an entire house listing doing something like that, but it would have never crossed my mind that a guest in a homeshare would dare to do this.
