Is AIRBNB doing mandatory SMART PRICING now?
I opted to do manual pricing - SMART PRICING is OFF - but still the daily rate shown on my front page is a business killing 50% above the DAILY RATE and 35% higher than the weekend rate I authorised.
One “expert” appeared and was of zero value and since then I’m getting no solution - I changed currency but still the same distorted result - my front page price even in the new currency also showed at 50% higher than the authorised daily rate.
WHY DO AIRBNB NOT JUST AUTOMATICALLY INSERT THE HOST AUTHORISED DAILY RATE?

Are you sure it isn’t just showing the total booking price, including cleaning fees and guest service fees? That was part of the winter update, to show total fees.

How long have you been advertising on Airbnb? I ask because there are hosts here who have used the company and haven’t had a problem.
