Are you talking about a separate site like Woot is or the items that are marked as “used” when you do a normal search? I’ve bought multiple “used”, i.e., open box items and more than once they have been damaged. It’s not that hard to return things for me but it does cost money so I’m careful about which items I choose in that category.
