We have our first booking! Finished apartment down to the wire and guest checked in yesterday! Do I need to do anything on the site to “check him in” to get paid? Or does it auto deposit after the check in night unless I cancel?

Sit back, relax, and wait for the email from Air telling you that the money has been transferred to your account. Nothing more to do but enjoy the experience.
