Carbon Monoxide Death at Airbnb in Mexico Leads to Suspension

If you don’t have any fuel-powered appliances you just check the box that says that everything is electric.

And if everything isn’t electric just put up a CO monitor and tick the box for it.

I have them in my all electric rentals because housing code requires them in all 1st floor rentals including multi story rentals if one level is on the first floor.

It doesn’t matter if it makes sense-it is the building rental code.

Why first story only? CO is heavy so rarely goes to second floor & if generated on 2nd floor it sinks away

CO, not CO2. (I know you probably know that )

Thank you carbon monoxide not dioxide I wasn’t being attentive

Free CO alarm still available
