Cannot get ahold of Airbnb in any way

Used $20 in cell minutes last night on hold, cannot get through via email. They rejected my cancellation documentation even thought it falls under the heading of medical issue with doctor verification in wriring.

Is it possible my number and email is being blocked?

I’m about ready to quit the whole thing.

I always use twitter and get fairly quick responses to my questions. :slight_smile:

Well, if they are only avail by twitter - me and my 5 properties are walking away.
