I hope someone can help. Last Thursday we were scammed and someone booked me into an airbnb in Thailand (we live in the UK). Airbnb sorted it, but asked us to reset our password. Ever since then (5 days) we haven’t been able to access our account, despite numerous attempts with airbnb sending temp ones. We are now in a loop of ringing Airbnb, who say its escalated and we will be contacted by the ‘Trust’ department, but 48 hours and no contact.
We only seem to be able to call air’s Superhost tel number and cant find a way out of this dilemma.
Any help would be appreciated.
