so if they inspect the property now, how would that be relevant??

Firs Cottage is my home and B&B and is on a main road so people see it as they drive past. I often have prospective guests call in and am happy to show them around, and take direct bookings. In the 3 decades I have been a B&B provider in North Wales, UK, I have never regretted this. However, I am not running 45 listings so have different priorities.

I did show a unit one time after a booking but would not want to if they have not booked. It would not be possible with the present platform as Airbnb deletes phone numbers and certainly addresses. That said , I think I have had people wanting to pick my brain on my business, which to a degree is a compliment but usually they want to have my ideas and business details for themselves and waste my time. I share with potential hosts out of town but no more in town!
