Send your guest an email with your contact information (including your email address) as a PDF attachment or image. Tell them to write back to you via your email address. Problem solved (probably). Air doesn’t currently try to censor attached PDFs or images. If it started to do that it would be a problem, because (among other issues) sometimes there are problems sending stuff via the Airbnb system.
