Calculating Superhost Percentage

I know some people on here are not keen to achieving Super host. However, I’m in a competitive area and I feel it makes a difference.

That being said how is the Super host percentage calculated to reach 80% if you have multiple listings? For example I have 4 listings with a total of 271 reviews 218 are 5 stars that equals 80.44% but all month my percentage has been stuck at 78%.

It says that it can take up to 3 days for reviews to be updated. So I’m worried that there is another factor that I’m not looking at.

Any Ideas?

It’s per listing not across all listings. Achieve superhost on one listing and you’all show as a superhost on all listings.so look at the individual metrics on each listing to see how far away you are.
