Burned by Airbnb's "Open Home" program

the outcome was horrible. Abnb did compensate us for the days they kept us closed on (2) of my (3) homes in the area. Paid us a nominal amount for the days computer had shut us down.
Scary to think we spoke to them on the phone 5 times to be told each and every time it was a “computer” thing they couldn’t correct. The entire business is computer generated and yet, they can’t make corrections. Now I’m seeing other posts about another computer issue causing people to get blocked from bookings? Boy, it would sure be nice to see VRBO step up and really compete with ABNB on a better level.
