Itās explained in earlier comments, but, bottom line, guest got a full refund AND I got a full payout, though I had offered to refund 2 of her 4 night reservation. Odd.

Yeah they seem committed to not paying out anything in my case, in addition to curt, inflexible customer service. I donāt understand how they can treat hosts like this when we are as important as guests to their enterprise.
