Best Duvet Covers, Expert Advice to Choose

I researched the best duvet covers as i recently started having sleep issues and waking up feeling uncomfortable and overheated most nights. i have been experiencing night sweats and irritation from rough fabrics, which has made it hard to get quality sleep. i went through reviews from trusted sources like reddit, wirecutter, sleep foundation, and amazon reviews and after comparing many options these two kept coming up as the top choices:

BOLL & BRANCH Signature Hemmed Duvet Set - Full/Queen, White - Luxury 100% Organic Cotton - 1 Duvet Cover, 2 Shams - Buttery Soft, Hidden Closures

Brooklinen All Season Luxury Down Comforter, 100% Natural Canadian Duck Down Duvet Insert - 700 Fill Power, 100% Cotton Shell, Baffle Box Construction, King/Cali King Size Comforter

however, i am having trouble deciding which one would be better for me and i would love to get your expert advice and hoping maybe some people who’ve dealt with similar sleep issues or have tried multiple duvet covers on this forum can also share their advice.
i usually sleep hot and prefer something soft but breathable that doesn’t feel heavy. any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Well, you need both! A duvet consist of a duvet insert and a duvet cover. The first item you listed is the duvet cover, which is removable and gets laundered between every guest. The second item is the duvet insert.
