The Greater Toronto Area has a lot of vertical villages; condos and apartments. But we don’t have exclusive rights on vermin. Many cities are like that but they don’t have shameless hosts talking about it :). It started out with roaches, and now this. That’s why they have to keep “doing” offices and public buildings.
When you have people who are frequent travellers the risk increases. And you may not know you have a problem for weeks.

Any city can have them.
