Are there any Australian hosts, who are in a rental property and have advice about how to put airbnb on your tax return?
I’m not in a rental property but just ask your accountant what you can claim.
I was just going to do it myself and declare it like normal rental income. From what I’ve read, I can’t see any reason not to do it this way
Sorry, you are in a rental, I was thinking while house. But ato.gov.au says you treat renting a room the same as renting a whole house
