Assistance Pets

I’m outraged. I think the guest was out of line - I don’t take pets (I have a cat, disclosed in the listing) and my listing is a shared home. I got an “assistance chihuaua” inquiry and turned it down. Thankfully, she didn’t report me to Air because I did ask for her service dog papers and she went dark.

You need to escalate with Air and keep calling until you get a supervisor. Self clean is fine - I’d be good with that as a guest - but not after a dog.

Too bad she blocked you. That’s a real jerk move.

I’m not sure where you are from; it may be the case where you live/host. However, it is not true in the USA. See the first question under the ADA regulations Certification and Registration section in the first link below.
