Asking for all of guests names and ages

I am on the property almost everyday, two cabins and my business office but even if I was not around I have cameras.

I require first and last names of all guests. When we are not talking about all adults I usually ask for ages if the kids and sometimes they give me ages of the adults too. I like it but don’t require it!

If people are up to no good, they’re surely likely to a) give false details or b) try to cancel or not book at all if the host insists.

  2. The topic of security cameras, especially for remote hosts, has been discussed a lot on this forum. There’s a lot of good information (types, disclosure, etc). Use the search function (magnifying glass) to dig up a lot of that useful information. Screen Print below of topics you’ll find.

I always collect the data of all guests before check-in as well. It helps my cleaners to prepare beds for children if there are any, and I find it crucial to have guest information for any kind of emergency.
