It’s happening to me a fair bit.
I have outdoor security cameras, and glad I have them.
I charge $15 pp per night for more than two. I just send a message with an adjustment of their reservation once I am 100% sure.
If it is over the house limit I advise the person must leave as once had someone set up a tent in the front yard!
