To our local laws the parcel would be occupied by its owner, so all the buildings on that parcel would also be occupied by the owner.
I wonāt know until the county commissioners make their decision. It is an unoccupied home independent of the house I live in. Where Iām at you canāt have a parcel smaller than 10 acres and itās one home per 10. It is mainly ag - wheat & alfalfa.

We have one measly unit basically next door to the building we currently live in. We are thinking that I will just āmoveā to the unit. Turning it back into a LTR doesnāt appeal to us, and it would mean that our ridiculous city govt. had won.
