Are cities or HOA's restricting Airbnb?

Is it?
To our local laws the parcel would be occupied by its owner, so all the buildings on that parcel would also be occupied by the owner.

I wonā€™t know until the county commissioners make their decision. It is an unoccupied home independent of the house I live in. Where Iā€™m at you canā€™t have a parcel smaller than 10 acres and itā€™s one home per 10. It is mainly ag - wheat & alfalfa.

Thatā€™s exactly what weā€™ve thought to do.

We have one measly unit basically next door to the building we currently live in. We are thinking that I will just ā€œmoveā€ to the unit. Turning it back into a LTR doesnā€™t appeal to us, and it would mean that our ridiculous city govt. had won.
