I’m getting ready for the new tourist season. I’m a 9-years-in airbnb host. With the advent of more and stricter penalties, does anyone know if choosing “waiting for a more attractive offer” several requests in a row is subject to penalty?

Is that the reason you’re selecting when declining a request?
A couple of them shouldn’t matter, but watch your acceptance rate.
Is the “more attractive offer” a longer stay? If you find your acceptance rate is in the toilet, you might start booking the season with a longer minimum stay and then reduce it as dates get closer. (ie. book out the 4+ day stays, then reduce it to 2+)
