Anticipating a bad review!

Habits of my old job, doing audits at suppliers in the Automotive.
It is not about admitting guilt, but getting as much information as possible, and not making any assumptions.

If things get wonky with a guest and they are communicating through texts or phone calls, I send them a text and a message via Air saying that all communication must be via Air messaging. If they keep sending texts, I keep sending the same reply.

FYI, i sent anothe rmessage checking that she received my previous messages…and she replied (halluluja!) saying everywhere is goo. so…ill take that as everyhing is good then.
