I came up with this site, airdna.co, that seems to make a few statistics about Airbnb in different cities.
I´m particularly interested in the total number of listings in my city. Do you think their data is trustworthy?
Yes since it’s based on mining data directly from Airbnb.
I look at airdna.co all the time, I really like having that site as a resource. In my case I don’t come up as top listing in my area because it’s just combing Airbnb info, and I do at least 40% bookings on other platforms. I’m glad about that, I don’t want to appear on Airdna as any kind of top listing.
