I have no future reservations yet (we’re still closed).
But this is exactly why I make a record of all reservation details OFF the Airbnb platform. I make that record immediately after the reservation is finalized. If I did have guests arriving tonight, I would sure as hell want to have all their information accessible, even when the Airbnb website is down.

All tickety boo here in España, no problems I can find. Just the app though, don’t have the energy to go down to office to see if site working.
