Our guests due to check out today want to extend by another night, I can’t seem to amend the reservation in the app but am about to go into a long meeting at work which means I can’t call Airbnb to ask them to do it.
I will be able to send them an email but can’t seem to find an address - can anybody help?
If your guests want to amend their booking they should be able to go into their booking confirmation and do this. If they can’t they can call Airbnb and ask them to do it. You can then accept the ammendment.
