To qualify my listing as “Business Travel Ready” Airbnb requires the listing to have 5 stars for at least 60% of primary reviews, cleanliness reviews, and accuracy reviews. Do they qualify the listing on an ongoing (and if so real time or daily or monthly) basis factoring in all primary, cleanliness and accuracy reviews since the creation of the listing? Or do they factor in only reviews from the past quarter or another time period for example?
