If one creates a multi unit dwelling in a commercial space and adheres to the local building codes/restrictions, is an Air BNB hotel “legal”? Will Air BNB take the listings down?
Of course. Everything will be compliant and the area is zoned for such a place. I’ll also be acquiring a hotel license. My concern is that Air BNB has taken down listings for seemingly arbitrary reasons, citing that certain properties don’t adhere to the spirit of how Air BNB was created.
