One free option is to create a FaceBook Page

  • Ensure you include a link to the ABNB listing.
  • Create a FB album posted there that has pictures of your listing.
  • Include your description of the listing

Then share it with your friends who then share it with their friends. I also provide the listing to guests who have stayed, as its easier to share with their friends. And they can see any updates that are made.

One way to advertise your place is to reach out to your network of friends and colleagues via social media (LinkedIn can be very effective) and let them know about your place that you are offering (a discounted rate can help). Good luck!
