Don’t argue with her, just send the charge. If she won’t pay, tell her to leave. Trust me, people like that end up being awful guests and if her kid damages something she will probably refuse to pay. Don’t feel bad about it.

As far as I remember from this morning (!), the guests were already into their two night stay. Tina, ignore her whingeing, emotional blackmail and charge her. She has been dishonest about her booking and KIDS COST MONEY TO HOST, bed or no bed, fork or no fork.
I hope they are leaving you very soon!
