Account get locked by "Airlock" system

I am using account management system such as guesty and last week my account is locked via new Airbnb security measure call “airlock”. It seems to detect log in from unusual locations, and it has been happening repeatedly. It is supposed to be resolved by airbnb’s security and safety team, which takes no phone calls and they reply email about once a day.

it has been 5 days since my last time being able to log into my account.

Anyone share the experience? any suggestion for a solution?

You should really contact Airbnb or the account management system admin. I’d simply remove myself from it if you have such issues with it.
