Absolutely fed up with Help

I believe I have said this before but if not… DO NOT rely on your phone app to properly update your account. Either use the website to make changes or dbl check the app’s correctness. I have found the app glitchy and less reliable then the website. I wish you all the best and hope you get your issue resolved.

Amen ! Every time there is an issue “out of the ordinary”, they’ll probably just not follow up and definitely not solve it. A couple of years ago I had technical issues with my calendar causing several double bookings. Every time a double booking occurred (because of Airbnb technical issues) they would give us a penalty. I called again and again and again to explain the issue, and every time they would send it to some department that never got back to me. The issue was finally solved with the next big calendar update 8 (!!) months later.
