I think that’s probably the route we’re going down. It’s not wildly expensive but it will be on top of the work we want to do on the suite to turn it into a proper studio … sigh, hope it’s all worth it!

I understand but I think it will be worth it. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who regretted remodeling.

I think, though the dust and frustrations of remodeling are real, you will find that this is a good investment. Plus, you will get your breakfast time back to enjoy any way you want!
