3 stars for cleanliness for ice falling out of icemaker

We lost the dedicated support line sometime last fall, I think–not sure of the timing. What happens now is that we get bumped to the beginning of the line for “support.” Yes, they know we are calling on the Superhost line and so may answer the phone “Superhost line,” but we no longer have a team of experienced people who are dedicated to supporting Superhosts. We get whoever answers, and that may be a totally inexperienced person. Ask them the next time you call.

If you look at the email telling you that “You earned Superhost again,” one of the benefits that they now list is Priority Support, which is defined as “Faster response times when you call Airbnb.”
