@Zandra I have informed the guest of everything. I have not been aggressive or rude. The guest only lives about 2 hours away.
@Robert_Dudley I also love your replies and would love to be frank with the guest.
Basically it comes down to I posted it to him, it hasn’t arrived, it may be lost or delayed and there is nothing more I can do at this stage. The guest needs to take some responsibility for leaving it behind. But I am always polite. I love this forum for the mostly positive support we give each other.
