When to stop replying to past guest

@Zandra I have informed the guest of everything. I have not been aggressive or rude. The guest only lives about 2 hours away.

@Robert_Dudley I also love your replies and would love to be frank with the guest.

Basically it comes down to I posted it to him, it hasn’t arrived, it may be lost or delayed and there is nothing more I can do at this stage. The guest needs to take some responsibility for leaving it behind. But I am always polite. I love this forum for the mostly positive support we give each other. :slight_smile:

You can stop replying nkw. You sent him all the information. Done.

I have a collection of chargers that have been left, so anybody who is short of one can help themselves from my supply.

Finally got a very pleasant text from the he guest today thanking me for posting it as it finally arrived and complaining about the post service.
